CURRICULUM VITAE
Caro Ward
Based in Shepley, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
ARTIST STATEMENT
My work has been primarily of an equine subject. The horse always inspires me to capture a painterly notion of the horse. Leaving certain areas unworked to create fleeting images and therefore give movement. My interest has broadened into the natural world of gardens and flowers, with the occasional portrait of a person. I encourage a loose fluid style in oils, watercolours and chalks.
