For every purchase, we take great care in making sure that each piece of artwork is packaged appropriately to limit the chance of any damage while in transit.
Once payment is received, we aim to have any artwork delivered to your UK address within 5 – 7 working days (However, where possible, we will try to dispatch and deliver sooner). P&P is included in the price which means we will use our preferred courier service for a speedy safe delivery.
For anyone interested in making a purchase of artwork from outside the UK, please get in touch via the contact page of the website and we will be happy to contact you regarding special delivery instructions.
All artworks will be dispatched using a signed for delivery service. This will ensure no courier leaves your artwork unattended at your doorstep.
Please note: we do not provide the framing of artworks unless explicitly stated in the product title.
What if my order arrived damaged or I am not happy with it?
Please send your return within 7 days from the day your artwork arrived at your address. The item must be in the original packaging and should be in the same condition that you received it. Once the artwork has arrived at Paintings by Caro, we will arrange a full refund.
If you have received damaged artwork from us, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours providing photographic evidence of any damage as well as a short description.
Unfortunately, we will require you to fund the cost of the return.
